If you cannot send or receive message, check that the BBS System, CommuniGate Router, and the CommuniGate FC-gateway are configured as explained in the CommuniGate FC-gateway Guide.
If nothing else helps, open the FC-gateway Settings dialog box and set
all Logs to All Info. Send a message. Open and read the tail of
the current Gateway Log: there is the information about the problems CommuniGate
FirstClass Gateway has met.
Don't forget to reset the log levels after the problem is solved.
If you still cannot find the source of the problem E-mail your CommuniGate FC-gateway Log to support@stalker.com with the detailed description of the problem as you see it. Include the information about the versions of your CommuniGate Server and CommuniGate FC-Gateway application (use the About CommuniGate command from the Apple menu in the CommuniGator application). Include the information about your CommuniGate Router settings and the FirstClass BBS settings into your letter.
